An opportunity has arisen within our AMC practice for an experienced Technical Architect.  The candidate will be working in a culture that delivers some of the most innovative solutions built upon the Microsoft platform and you will work within a team of other specialised development staff: enterprise architects, designers and developers to implement leading edge solutions.

To join our highly regarded technical team you will be highly skilled in software engineering with at least 10 years’ experience using our core technologies; SharePoint, ASP .NET 4, ASP .NET MVC, Visual Studio .NET, SQL Server 2008, Windows Server 2008, Services Oriented Architecture, Entity Framework, WF, WCF.  Experience with Agile/SCRUM methods is essential.

Your experience of working on commercial projects will be complimented by your proven ability to   develop strong professional relationships with both clients and colleagues at all levels within an organisation, whilst also being able to work independently.

AX Developer – Dynamics AX

An opportunity has arisen within our Dynamics practice for an experienced AX Developer.  The Dynamics AX practice is a Microsoft Gold Partner based in the UK which develops business solutions based around the Microsoft Dynamics product range.  We combine Charteris’ traditional strengths in consultancy and project management with expertise in Dynamics to provide a complete offering that can take the customer through the full project life cycle from inception and process improvement to implementation of a completely integrated solution.

We are looking for an organised individual with a proven track record of delivering complex solutions in a Partner environment.   They will be responsible for various aspects of development including technical design, development, testing and deployment. Some of this work may be conducted on client site in conjunction with client staff.

The attributes and skills needed for this role include:
Candidates should possess strong skills in X++ Development, with a minimum 2-3 years post certification experience. Microsoft certifications in development and installation (Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Specialist - Development Introduction for Microsoft Dynamics AX, 
Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Specialist - MorphX Solution Development for Microsoft Dynamics AX) are highly desirable, and further certifications in the Dynamics AX applications would be desirable although not mandatory.
