Charteris' Role

Charteris was asked to undertake a 'Health-Check' on a project to introduce a Practice Management System. This involved investigations with the chosen suppliers and within Masons. Charteris made clear recommendations about both the soundness of the system and its successful introduction into the business. These recommendations were accepted by the firm and Charteris was retained to help manage the introduction of the system.

Solution
