A key client of Microsoft had embarked on an aggressive integration programme of consolidating their UK-wide legacy billing and administration solutions onto a single integrated platform. The ultimate objective was a significant improvement in customer service which could only be achieved through the mass migration of customers to this new modus operandi.
Solution
