PwC Customer Centricity expert recruited to meet growing demand in Government

Business and information technology consultancy Charteris plc has recruited efficiency and Customer Centricity specialist Kevin Waters to add new in-depth expertise to its growing local and regional government consulting practice. Waters, who was previously with PwC, will be working in customer-centric business change, with a specific focus on local government.

Stephen Hewett, head of customer-centric business change at Charteris, said: ‘I’m really pleased Kevin has joined us. His in-depth experience will bolster our Government practice during a period of growth for us in helping local authorities use customer-centric business techniques to solve their primary challenge of reducing costs while also improving the services they deliver to their customers.’

Before joining Charteris, Waters - who has nine years of experience as a consultant to major organisations - spent six years at PwC working across a wide range of private and public sector verticals, working in business transformation, organisation design, process transformation and change management.
