Charteris employs a flexible and reliable approach to the development and delivery of solutions. The Charteris Quality Framework is a synthesis of industry best practice and Charteris' own extensive experience. It supports the delivery of consistent, quality deliverables.
We conduct development projects under the strict control of the Charteris System Development Framework (CSDF), an integral part of the Charteris Quality Framework. The CSDF is based on the Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF), industry best practice, and the ISO/IEC 12207:1995 Software Lifecycle process. It comprises three main components: the team model, the lifecycle and a set of working practices.
